Having successfully completed a Bachelor's, I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Games Programming.

My Story
Previous Career
My professional journey commenced in 2013 in Luxembourg, where I completed my high school diploma in electrical engineering. Joining Creos, the national electricity provider, marked the beginning of my career as a Dispatcher. In this role, I diligently monitored the electrical grid, overseeing the intricate buttons that regulated energy flow throughout the country.
Operating on a 24/7 schedule, this position demanded acute problem-solving skills to swiftly respond to outages. Addressing challenges such as entire regions or extensive blocks experiencing power loss required a high level of analytical proficiency. Identifying the root cause of issues and strategically adjusting the grid to restore power efficiently became a daily puzzle.
My responsibilities extended beyond monitoring, involving direct communication with on-site technicians for both outages and planned works. This collaboration aimed to establish safe work environments, recognizing the critical importance of precision in every action—where a small mistake could have severe consequences, potentially jeopardizing lives.
This experience not only honed my analytical and problem-solving skills but also instilled a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring the uninterrupted supply of electricity to communities.
Goldsmiths University
Seeking greater fulfilment and recognizing my capacity for more, I made a pivotal decision to transition from my previous career. Fuelled by a genuine passion for coding, which had evolved from a hobby into a driving force, I knew that my future lay in this dynamic field. Intrigued by the intersection of technical and logical programming skills with the creation of captivating stories and experiences, I aspired to contribute to the world of gaming.
Being an avid gamer myself, I aimed to immerse myself in the process that brings virtual worlds to life. However, given the relatively modest scale of the gaming industry in Luxembourg, I made the bold choice to relocate to London. Here, I enrolled in university, embarking on a journey to both refine my coding abilities and actively participate in the expansive gaming industry.
Currently in my fourth year in London, I eagerly anticipate the opportunities and challenges that this industry continues to present. Each day brings new possibilities, and I am excited about the contributions I can make to the ever-evolving landscape of game development.
Leisure Activities
In encapsulating my leisure activities with a single phrase, it would be the joy of experiencing stories. This immersion unfolds in diverse ways, reflecting my passion for narrative exploration.
I relish cinematic journeys, frequently visiting the cinema with my wife to indulge in the latest releases. Equally enjoyable are cosy evenings spent navigating a vast catalogue of compelling movies and series available on the internet. My love for storytelling extends to the gaming realm, where epic narratives like God of War, Spider-Man, and Death Stranding captivate my attention.
Engaging in collaborative storytelling takes centre stage as I delve into pen-and-paper games such as D&D and Marvel Multiverse RPG. This passion seamlessly transitions into my enjoyment of collaborative challenges, whether in RPG campaigns or board games like Monster Hunter. Over the years, I've dedicated time to MMORPGs like Final Fantasy 14 and World of Warcraft, relishing the camaraderie of conquering dungeons and raids with friends.
The classical allure of storytelling beckons through the written word. From fantasy epics like the Lord of the Rings to the captivating world of Marvel comics and timeless Japanese Manga like Dragon Ball, I've been immersed in these mediums since I first learned to read. The distinct narrative styles across books, comics, and manga continue to captivate me, and to this day, once I start reading, putting a book away becomes a challenge I eagerly embrace.
